Description:
Transfr is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their engineering team.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in full-stack development and significant experience with SAML for identity and access management.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and secure platform solutions across the full technology stack.
The role involves implementing and managing SAML-based Single Sign-On (SSO) and identity federation solutions.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements is essential.
Optimizing application performance, troubleshooting complex issues, and resolving bugs are key responsibilities.
Ensuring platform security and compliance with industry standards and best practices is a critical aspect of the role.
Mentoring junior engineers and staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies are also part of the job.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and/or related coursework.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies.
Proven experience with SAML for identity management and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations.
Proficiency in Python for back-end development.
Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL for database management and data modeling.
Strong front-end development skills, including JavaScript, React, HTML, and CSS.
Solid understanding of RESTful services and API design.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience supporting a heavily trafficked production-level environment.
Proactive attitude with minimal follow-up required on requirements and tasks.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Benefits:
The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $150,000 and $165,000, with the actual base salary amount dependent on factors like credentials, relevant experience, and primary job location.
