Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer - Distribution

Description:

• Cloudbeds is seeking a superstar Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join their team.
• The position is remote and open to candidates in the US, CA, LATAM, and Brazil.
• As a member of the Distribution Team, you will work on developing and enhancing products within Cloudbeds' ecosystem.
• Responsibilities include designing and implementing features using PHP, Vue, and React, leading discussions on technical concepts, writing clean and well-documented code, and contributing to the migration of the core platform into microservices.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor team members, re-architect existing systems, and drive technical decisions within the team.
• The role also involves promoting best practices, advocating for quality and test automation, and contributing to the long-term vision of technology and component architectures.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of PHP web application software engineering experience is required.
• 5+ years of experience with JS frameworks, with a preference for Vue.js and React.
• Strong knowledge of modern Javascript and Typescript design patterns, best practices, and technologies.
• Proficiency in Git, relational databases, indexing, searching technologies, and test automation.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
• Passion for software best practices, design patterns, and testing.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and time management abilities.
• Business-level English fluency (verbal and written skills) is mandatory.
