Sadaora is building NewBlazr, an advanced lifestyle platform that delivers personalized insights and recommendations.
The company has raised $130k in pre-seed funding and is expanding its team to develop the next version of the app.
The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for building and scaling the AI-driven platform.
The role involves developing front-end interfaces using React.js, back-end services with Node.js, and integrating AI/ML models using Python.
Responsibilities include optimizing performance, ensuring security, and deploying solutions on AWS and Cloudflare.
The engineer will collaborate with product, design, and AI teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive technical excellence.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of Full Stack Development experience, with expertise in React.js, Node.js, and Python.
Experience in working with AI/ML models and integrating them into applications is required.
Proficiency in AWS, Cloudflare, and DevOps best practices is necessary.
A strong understanding of database management (SQL & NoSQL) is essential.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment strategies is required.
Excellent leadership, mentorship, and team collaboration skills are necessary.
Preferred qualifications include experience in startup environments, knowledge of WebSockets, familiarity with GraphQL, microservices architecture, and Kubernetes, and a passion for AI-driven products.

The salary range for this position is USD 140,000 - $200,000.
Equity options range from 0.5% to 1.5%.
The company is securing growth funding and preparing for a public launch in summer 2025, at which point the role will transition to a full-time salaried position.
