Description:

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will develop and maintain comprehensive software solutions that support the client's mission of assisting the underserved and at-risk disabled population in securing their entitled disability benefits.
This role involves working across both the front end and back end, utilizing technologies such as AWS, Node.js, TypeScript, and PHP.
The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and ship new features, ensuring that mission-critical applications are reliable and effective.
Responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, troubleshooting and debugging critical applications, participating in code reviews, and contributing to software architecture and design.
The engineer will also mentor junior engineers, guiding them in their career growth, and continuously explore and adopt new technologies to improve development efficiency.

Requirements:

Candidates must have strong knowledge of Node.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, and Docker.
Proficiency in AWS-based solutions is required.
Experience with relational databases such as Postgres or MySQL is necessary.
Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular is expected.
Candidates should have experience with web application frameworks such as Laravel, Phoenix, Next.js, Remix, or SolidJS.
A solid understanding of modern Git workflows and software development best practices is essential.
Experience with Agile methodologies is required.
