Description:

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (FDE) with clearance required, based in the United States.
The role involves joining a small, focused team responsible for delivering mission-critical capabilities.
You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and fellow engineers to define and execute the technical direction of the product.
The position requires ownership of key features, driving technical decisions, and establishing best practices within the team.
You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools in AI and Machine Learning, shaping solutions for high-impact workflows.
Key accountabilities include leading the development and delivery of user-facing features and applications, architecting scalable front-end systems, and mentoring junior engineers.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 4 years of experience in software development, focusing on building user-facing products.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript is required, with expertise in front-end frameworks, preferably React.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in full-stack development is necessary, including knowledge of relational databases (Postgres), caching technologies (Redis), and object storage (S3).
Experience in designing responsive and performant web UIs and utilizing tools for testing web applications is essential.
Applicants must be U.S. residents or citizens and have the ability to obtain the required security clearance.

The position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $215,000, along with equity and a 401K match.
