The team consists of over 150 globally distributed members who work remotely from various countries.
The role involves designing highly scalable, mission-critical brokerage systems and implementing backend services and web applications.
Responsibilities include maintaining good software quality and test coverage, participating in code reviews, and troubleshooting incidents and reported bugs.
The position offers the opportunity to architect and develop web applications, work closely with cross-functional teams, lead projects, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the company.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of experience in full-stack development is required.
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as React, GoLang, or Python is necessary, with the platform primarily based in Golang and React.
SQL or relational database skills are essential.
Experience with NextJS is considered a plus.
Hands-on knowledge of Bash, Linux, and Docker is required, with Kubernetes experience being a plus.
A good understanding of the financial market is necessary.
Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is required.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential.
Familiarity with clean code principles is required.
