  • Responsibilities include writing extensible, scalable, and test-driven code, participating in technical planning, collaborating on web architecture, and mentoring junior engineers.
  • StackAdapt is a Remote First company, open to candidates located anywhere in Canada willing to work in EST.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have at least 5+ years of full-time work experience building highly performant web applications with outstanding UX.
  • Strong proficiency in React with recent, hands-on experience in building modern web applications is required.
  • Familiarity with full-stack technologies such as Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Go is a significant plus.
  • Proven ability to work across the stack, even if frontend is the candidate's strength, is essential.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Product & Design teams to design and implement high-impact end-to-end product experiences is necessary.
  • Candidates should have experience working with relational databases and key-value stores.
  • Experience in analyzing, benchmarking, and optimizing web application page load performance across the entire stack is required.
