Description:
The Senior Full Stack Engineer (Growth) position at Honor involves taking a leadership role in defining the next generation of care operations systems used by caregiving business owners and employees worldwide.
The role requires refining market-leading SaaS, inventing recommendation systems, and collaborating with data science and data analytics to enhance operations and quality care.
The position is part of the Growth Technology team responsible for building and supporting systems for small businesses in the caregiving sector.
Responsibilities include delivering new systems and functionality to drive operations workflow with recommendations, prioritization, and automation.
The tech stack includes Python, Thrift, MySQL, AWS, JavaScript, Looker, GitHub, and DataDog.
The role involves executing short and long-term architecture goals, modernizing systems, and building robust and scalable solutions as Honor's Care Platform grows rapidly.
Requirements:
Thriving in a diverse, cross-functional team and collaborating with colleagues throughout the company.
Enjoying building clean interfaces and connecting them to backend services.
Experience in building and maintaining production-grade features in Python or transferable experience in languages like Node.js.
Designing relational database models and using relational databases at scale.
Contributing to the design and implementation of large, complex projects.
Comfortable working with legacy, monolithic code and refactoring it.
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Experience in building distributed systems and cloud services like AWS and GCP.
Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation with the tier 1 support team.
