Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer, Growth (US)

Description:

• The Senior Full Stack Engineer will be part of the Growth team at dbt Labs, working on implementing growth strategies and experiments to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Responsibilities include championing industry best practices to scale, maintain, and own services end to end.
• The role involves collaborating closely with customers and product managers to understand and expand opportunities to revolutionize the modern data stack.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a software engineer.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (computer science, computer engineering, etc.) OR completed enrollment in an engineering-related bootcamp.
• Previous experience working on products with product-led-growth or self-serve growth motion.
• Ability to work across the full stack of technologies to develop and improve products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Success working asynchronously as part of a fully-remote, distributed team.
