Description:
- HyreCar is a carsharing marketplace that connects drivers needing vehicles for rideshare and gig work with owners and fleet operators who have vehicles available for rent.
- The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing the carsharing marketplace, working on both frontend and backend aspects of the platform.
- Responsibilities include building new features, ensuring code quality, contributing to architectural development, conducting code reviews, providing technical expertise, and participating in team rituals.
- The position is remote but requires availability during Pacific time zone hours with some overlap for collaboration with the Paris office.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer and Architect.
- Proficiency in technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Typescript, Spring, GraphQL, SQL, NoSQL databases, AWS, and Google Cloud.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, architecture principles, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
