Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer (Lead)

• The role is for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with 5-6 years of experience, focusing on backend, frontend, and AI-integrated solutions.
• This is a hands-on engineering position that involves solving complex engineering challenges and contributing to technical decisions.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable fullstack applications, working on backend services using Python, Node.js (NestJS), and Golang, and developing front-end applications using React.js.
• The engineer will build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices, integrate AI/ML features, and work with databases such as PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
• The role requires ensuring application monitoring, performance optimization, and testing, as well as deploying and managing services using Kubernetes and Docker.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve engineering problems and drive technical decisions is essential.
• The candidate must be adaptable to working in the Nepal time zone, including occasional off-hours, late nights, or early mornings.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5-6 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in backend development with Python, Node.js (NestJS), and Golang is required.
• Proficiency in frontend development with React.js is necessary.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse databases is essential.
• A solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems is required.
• Candidates should have experience integrating AI/ML features into applications.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker is mandatory.
• Familiarity with application monitoring, testing, and performance optimization is important.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.
