Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer (Lead)

Description:

• We are looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer with 5-6 years of experience to join our team.
• This is a hands-on engineering role where you will work across the backend, frontend, and AI-integrated solutions.
• You will be solving complex engineering challenges and contributing to technical decisions.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong backend focus but should also be proficient in frontend development.
• This is a full-time internal role that is remote.
• Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable fullstack applications.
• You will work on backend services using Python, Node.js (NestJS), and Golang.
• You will develop front-end applications using React.js.
• Your tasks will include building and optimizing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• You will integrate AI/ML features, with some knowledge of GenAI tools and ML deployments.
• You will work with databases such as PostgreSQL and ClickHouse.
• You will ensure application monitoring, performance optimization, and testing.
• You will deploy and manage services using Kubernetes and Docker, requiring a strong understanding.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams to solve engineering problems and drive technical decisions is expected.
• You must adapt to working in the Nepal time zone, including occasional off-hours, late nights, or early mornings.

Requirements:

• You must have 5-6 years of hands-on experience in software development.
• Strong expertise in backend development with Python, Node.js (NestJS), and Golang is required.
• Proficiency in frontend development with React.js is necessary.
• Experience working with PostgreSQL and ClickHouse databases is essential.
• A solid understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems is required.
• You should have experience integrating AI/ML features into applications.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker is mandatory.
• Familiarity with application monitoring, testing, and performance optimization is necessary.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.
