As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer Consultant, you will be responsible for the technical implementation of sophisticated solutions while mentoring junior team members and establishing best practices.

Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining web applications.
You will build and optimize REST API routes, server components, and server actions within the Next.js app.
You will implement and maintain a robust database layer using Prisma ORM and Postgres/MySQL/DynamoDB.
Collaboration with team members to manage AWS infrastructure using CloudFormation/Terraform will be part of your role.
You will build rich user interfaces including custom charts, filters, and complex UI components.
Your work will span across the stack, including frontend, backend, infrastructure, testing, and CI/CD pipelines.
You will integrate with different APIs, both internal and external.
Participation in code reviews and collaboration with team members to maintain high-quality standards is expected.
You will contribute to proposal development and solution architecture, participate in roadmap discussions, and prioritizations.
Conducting technical discovery workshops with clients will also be part of your duties.

Requirements:

You must have 7+ years of web development experience as a full-stack engineer.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
Strong production experience with Next.js (App Router) and NodeJS is essential.
You should have strong proficiency in TypeScript, SQL, and React.
Experience building REST API routes and comfort with backend development is required.
Familiarity with the Next.js applications deployment process/tools is necessary.
You should have familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure as code tools (e.g., CloudFormation/Terraform).
Strong testing skills, including unit and integration tests, are required.
Excellence in technical leadership and mentoring is expected.
Outstanding client communication skills are necessary.
Prior experience in consulting or professional services is required.
