Description:

Deel is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in Node, React, and TypeScript to join their global team.
The role involves independently leading tasks from start to finish and fully owning the development of features across the client, server, service, and database.
The engineer will participate in product planning throughout the Software Development Lifecycle, providing input at all stages.
Collaboration is key, as the engineer will take ownership of products and features, requiring strong skills to remove any blockers.

Responsibilities include developing high-quality, responsive web applications, designing and implementing server-side APIs, creating client-side React components, optimizing database schemas, and performing thorough testing and debugging.
The engineer will stay updated with emerging web development trends and recommend improvements to enhance development processes.
Effective communication of project progress, challenges, and solutions to Team Leads and stakeholders is essential.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering and at least 2 years as a hands-on Senior Developer, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead, focusing on TypeScript development.
Expertise in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Express is required.
