Description:

Deel is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in Node, React, and TypeScript to join their global team.
The role involves independently leading tasks from start to finish and fully owning the development of features across client, server, service, and database.
The engineer will participate in product planning throughout the Software Development Lifecycle, providing input from discovery to deployment.
Strong collaboration skills are essential to remove blockers and ensure a white-glove experience for customers.
Responsibilities include developing high-quality, responsive web applications, designing and implementing server-side APIs, and creating client-side React components.
The engineer will optimize database schemas and queries with Postgres, build reusable components, and perform thorough testing and debugging.
Staying updated with emerging web development trends and communicating project progress to stakeholders is also required.
The position is remote and open to candidates from various LATAM countries.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in Software Engineering and at least 2 years as a Senior Developer, Staff Engineer, Principal Engineer, or Tech Lead, focusing on TypeScript development.
Expertise in designing, coding, testing, and maintaining applications using TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Express is required.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a remote-first work culture are essential.
