Description:

Sword Health is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the Internal AI Ops Team responsible for leading the company's Generative AI transformation.
The role involves implementing and optimizing AI-driven solutions to enhance internal operations and workflows.
Responsibilities include translating strategic objectives into functional software applications, handling front-end and back-end development tasks, and resolving technical challenges to improve system functionality and user experience.
The position reports to the VP of AI and involves leading a team of Full Stack Engineers in a proactive and collaborative environment.

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer with proficiency in JavaScript (React, Node.js) for front-end development and Python for backend services.
Strong proficiency in SQL and familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for deploying and managing AI applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of handling complex projects and enhancing system efficiencies.
Proactive approach to process improvement and strong communication skills for effective collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
