Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer (PrivCo)

Description:

• Join a newly formed squad to develop a sustainability reporting platform for private companies, acting as a key driver in expanding into a new market segment.
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that establishes a foothold in the emerging market.
• Utilize skills in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and relational SQL to build components, create API endpoints, and integrate cloud services for end-user value.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and address pain points, ensuring robust, secure, and scalable platform and tooling.
• Contribute to guilds, coach and mentor team members, and fulfill additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience developing scalable web applications using TypeScript, React, Node.js, and relational SQL.
• Startup mentality with a focus on customer outcomes, creative problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Ability to visualize from the users' perspective, balance building the right thing over building the thing right, and thrive in a collaborative work environment.
