The position is for a Senior Full Stack Engineer specializing in Python/Django and React/Next.js for Reflow AI, a productivity startup based in the US.
The role is full-time and long-term, aimed at motivated self-starters who thrive in fast-paced startup environments.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining full stack web applications, collaborating on MVP launch, writing clean code, managing RESTful APIs, ensuring responsive frontend experiences, participating in code reviews, and suggesting improvements.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development.
Strong proficiency in Python/Django for backend development is required.
Solid experience with React and ideally Next.js for frontend development is necessary.
Experience in startup environments is a significant advantage.
Prior collaboration with US-based teams or companies is a plus.
Candidates should be able to work independently and communicate effectively.
Comfort working in PST hours is required.
Enthusiasm for building from the ground up and contributing to long-term growth is essential.
