• PadSplit is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (React Native, Django) to drive the development of mobile and web applications.

• Daily responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and optimizing mobile applications using React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
• The engineer will build and enhance frontend applications using React.js, creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaboration with designers, product managers, and backend engineers is essential to translate requirements into technical specifications and deliver high-quality features.
• The engineer will lead and participate in code reviews, ensuring best practices, maintainable code, and high engineering standards.
• Responsibilities also include optimizing application performance and troubleshooting issues across both mobile and web platforms.
• The engineer will implement and maintain automated testing for React Native and React.js components to ensure code reliability and stability.
• Participation in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and architectural discussions is expected to drive development priorities and improvements.
• The role may involve working with backend technologies (Python/Django preferred but flexible) to integrate APIs and manage data efficiently.
• The engineer will also work on web development tasks when necessary, depending on project needs.
• Staying up to date with the latest React Native, React.js, and mobile development trends is crucial for incorporating best practices into the development process.

Requirements:

• Full Stack Development experience is required, with the ability to work across the entire stack, including frontend (React.js, React Native) and backend (Python/Django preferred).
• Expertise in React Native is necessary, with strong experience in mobile application development, including performance optimization, debugging, and deploying apps to the App Store and Google Play.
• Proficiency in React.js is required, with a deep understanding of modern frontend development, state management, and UI performance optimizations.
• Experience with backend development is needed, preferably with Python/Django, but open to other backend technologies such as Node.js.
• Familiarity with database management systems like PostgreSQL and MySQL is required.
• Experience with version control systems like Git/Github/Gitlab and collaborative development workflows is necessary.
• The ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues across mobile and web applications is essential.
• Experience with automated testing for React Native and React.js applications is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills, proactive debugging ability, and a passion for writing clean, maintainable code are necessary.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills in an agile development environment are essential.

Benefits:
