We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join a fast-growing U.S.-based startup focused on innovative software products.
The role involves working directly with the founding team and playing a key role in shaping product development and technical direction.
This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable owning features end-to-end, thinking critically about product decisions, and contributing to a highly collaborative, early-stage environment.
You will be embedded in the client’s Slack, collaborate through Jira, and participate in team planning and code reviews, functioning as a true member of the internal team.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency in React is required, along with familiarity or experience with Remix.
Applicants should be comfortable working with backend frameworks and REST APIs.
The ability to think beyond code and collaborate on product strategy and user experience is essential.
Experience working independently and taking ownership of feature delivery is necessary.
Fluent English communication skills (both verbal and written) are required.
Candidates must be LATAM-based with a stable remote work setup.
