Description:

• Collaborate closely with the founders, founding engineers, and customers across all aspects of the startup.
• Engage in a well-funded, seed-stage startup environment.
• Develop an open-source platform to accelerate product integration development by 10x.
• Contribute across the entire tech stack, including frontend, backend, and database.
• Work directly with customers (engineering teams at B2B SaaS) to develop tooling and integrations.
• Design unified APIs for various categories such as CRM, ticketing, accounting, and HR.
• Fully participate in defining the product and company strategy.
• Oversee the widely recognized open-source repository and engage with its community.
• Drive engineering best practices and make key technology decisions.
• Acquire the expertise needed to kickstart a dev-tool startup.

Requirements:

• Demonstrate exceptional ownership, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to raising standards.
• Possess great organizational skills to track and fulfill customer requests.
• Exhibit effective communication skills to interact with customers, understand their requirements, and enable their success.
• Have product skills and empathy for users, with an instinct for optimizing Developer Experience (DX).
• Show coding velocity and the ability to multi-task to meet customer deadlines.
• Write high-quality code that is readable, structured, documented, reliable, memory-efficient, and performant.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively in a remote setting with excellent English proficiency.
• Bring 5+ years of experience in full-stack engineering.
• Display genuine enthusiasm for crafting developer tools.
• Embrace a collaborative spirit and ally mentality, essential for thriving in a tight-knit, agile team.
• Bonus: Proficiency in Node.js is a plus.
• Bonus: Past experience in an early-stage or developer-tool startup is advantageous.
