The Senior Full Stack Engineer will drive the development of high-performance back-end systems that power the platform’s core functionality.
The role involves applying expertise in Typescript, data structures, and algorithms to solve complex problems and ensure scalability and reliability.
Responsibilities include designing, building, and deploying AI models using large language models (LLMs) to enhance network performance and improve customer experience.
The engineer will engage in full stack development for seamless integration of AI-driven features across front-end and back-end systems.
Collaboration with product managers, data scientists, and engineers is essential to integrate AI features that improve service quality and efficiency.
Development of APIs and microservices for real-time AI data processing and decision-making is required.
The engineer must ensure AI systems are scalable, reliable, and efficient in handling high data volumes and user requests.
Compliance with industry standards and regulations, along with implementing security best practices to protect user data and privacy, is necessary.
Continuous improvement will be driven by leveraging user feedback and data analytics to refine AI models.
Documentation on AI models, full stack development, and best practices for effective knowledge transfer and collaboration is expected.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer, with strong backend experience, as this is an 80% backend role.
Strong understanding of Data Structures is required.
Experience with AI and large language models (LLMs) is necessary.
Strong proficiency in Typescript and hands-on experience with NestJS and NextJS is essential.
Extensive knowledge of AWS infrastructure and services is required.
A solid understanding of software development best practices and design patterns is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment are required.
Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
