Description:
You will work on developing and maintaining applications, including front-end interfaces and back-end services.
You will be part of the Machine Learning Products & APIs Team, which builds LanguageWire Translate and adjacent services to monitor and predict its performance.
The team also develops APIs and applications that expose machine translation services both internally and externally.
The team explores and applies state-of-the-art approaches and advancements in the field of machine learning.
You will collaborate closely with Full-Stack Engineers, QA Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Engineers, and report to the team lead.
Your responsibilities include optimizing applications for performance, scalability, and security, as well as identifying areas for improvement in the code base and implementing best practices to enhance code quality and maintainability.
Requirements:
A Master's degree in computer science is required.
You must have expert knowledge of Python and TypeScript.
You should have expert knowledge of frameworks such as Angular or Vue.
Experience with web frameworks such as FastAPI is necessary.
Proficiency in Google Cloud and Azure services, along with expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, is required.
Fluent English (reading, writing, speaking) is essential.
Experience with Playwright and Cypress for automated testing is required.
Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform/Helm will make you stand out.
Knowledge of Scala and AI/machine learning concepts, as well as experience integrating AI functionalities into applications, is a plus.
