As a Senior Full Stack Ruby Engineer, you will work with the Engineering team to build scalable and robust features in the Payroll Product.
You will support a cross-functional team of Developers, Product Managers, and Designers, tackling projects from end to end in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities will include creating clean, well-organized, and reusable Ruby and Angular/React code based on technical requirements.
You will have ownership of major areas of the application and contribute high-impact solutions daily.
You will identify and fix bottlenecks or bugs and mentor teammates on best practices.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of experience building, scaling, and maintaining large applications in Ruby on Rails.
You should have 3+ years of experience working with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular and React.
You need experience in taking abstract business problems and collaborating with team members to find optimal technical solutions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work fluidly with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Software Developers, and other specialists is required.
You should have a drive to create and embrace well-tested and well-organized code.
