• The company is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Ruby/React) to work remotely from anywhere in LATAM.

• The role includes collaborating with other engineers and product managers, building high-quality products in an agile manner, taking ownership of high-impact initiatives, and shaping the technical strategy.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have at least 5+ years of experience building high-quality web applications across the entire front end-to-back end stack.
• The ideal candidate enjoys working in cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with product, design, and other business areas.
• A strong value for automated testing and implementing good testing practices, including unit tests and test-driven development, is essential.
• Candidates should be comfortable with agile processes such as XP, Scrum, and Kanban, as well as engineering practices like CI/CD and pair programming.
• A thoughtful approach to problem-solving is required, valuing simplicity and being able to justify technical decisions and articulate tradeoffs.
• Proficiency in backend development using Ruby on Rails API with domain modeling and integration with internal and external services via REST API is necessary.
• Experience with frontend development using React applications and MUI components is also required.
