Description:

• VEED is a company focused on making video creation accessible to everyone through a single tool.
• The Script team at VEED is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to work on Subtitles, Translations, Text-to-Speech, Voice Cloning, Dubbing, and video editing tools.
• The role involves collaborating with various teams such as cloud infrastructure, rendering, frontend, and backend to influence feature development and team growth.
• Responsibilities include leading technical output, advocating for product quality improvements, mentoring engineers, defining internal standards, driving innovation, and resolving technical impediments.
• The position also involves participating in Incident Management and customer support activities.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience with React or another declarative UI component architecture is required.
• Experience deploying web applications and services at a production scale in a cloud environment is necessary.
• Ability to make trade-offs between extensibility, optimization, and execution speed is essential.
• Successful track record of mentoring and upskilling software engineers is a requirement.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and effective communication abilities are needed.
• Nice-to-have skills include experience with video and audio technologies and working with Product-focused, fully remote teams.
