Lazer is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer, Shopify to join their remote team.
The position involves working directly with clients to understand their requirements, design solutions, and implement custom Shopify applications and storefronts.
The ideal candidate should have comprehensive experience across the entire Shopify ecosystem and modern web development stack.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining custom Shopify applications and integrations, creating headless Shopify storefronts and theme customizations, and collaborating with other developers, designers, and project managers.
The role requires staying up to date with Shopify platform updates and best practices.
Lazer is a remote-first organization, welcoming applications from around the globe, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern or Pacific Timezone.

Requirements:

Candidates must have strong experience with the Shopify Admin API and Storefront API.
A proven track record in developing Shopify Apps using Remix or NextJS is required.
Expertise in Theme App Extensions and custom theme development is necessary.
Experience in building headless Shopify storefronts is essential.
Proficiency in React and TypeScript is required.
Strong database skills with PostgreSQL and Prisma ORM are necessary.
Candidates should have experience with data migration between platforms or within Shopify.
Knowledge of GraphQL is required.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
The ability to work independently in a remote environment is necessary.
Strong client-facing communication skills are required.
