Description:
- Design and implement the next generation of ad targeting products for Reddit.
- Communicate and collaborate with product, design, infra, and other cross-functional engineering teams.
- Champion and drive engineering processes and best practices while contributing to the ad platform architecture.
- Implement targeting products across the ad stack: Reddit Ads UI, campaign management, audience size forecasting, ad delivery, and ML-based prediction systems.
- Learn, adapt, and propose new technologies to address functional and scaling challenges.
- Write efficient, scalable, and maintainable code to facilitate quick and safe iterations.
- Telecommuting option available.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely related quantitative discipline.
- Two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related field.
- Special skills in JavaScript, Python, Go, Java, React, Redux, ElasticSearch or Big Query, Postgres, Cassandra or MySQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and Redis.
- Any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience is acceptable.
