Remote Senior Full-Stack Engineer, Trust & Safety

Description:

• The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will be a founding member of the Trust & Safety Team at GameChanger.
• They will lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced tools and systems for user safety and data protection.
• Responsible for architecting and implementing scalable and secure solutions for both frontend and backend components.
• Collaborate with other engineering leaders, product managers, and security experts to define and prioritize security and trust-related features.
• Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers to foster a culture of learning and excellence.
• Conduct security audits and assessments to implement best practices and emerging technologies to address potential vulnerabilities.
• Drive initiatives to continuously improve internal tools and processes to meet the highest standards of safety and reliability.
• Engineer robust software solutions with a focus on high-quality development standards, reliability, and maintainability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in full-stack development, with expertise in React and NodeJS technologies.
• Extensive experience with security practices, compliance requirements, and data protection frameworks.
• Proven ability to lead projects, mentor teams, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working with large-scale systems and high-security environments.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
