Description:

  • GameChanger is a remote-first tech company focused on enhancing youth sports experiences through technology.
  • The position is for a Senior Full-Stack iOS Engineer on the Computer Vision team, responsible for integrating advanced computer vision capabilities into the mobile app.
  • The role involves collaborating with computer vision engineers and product teams to embed features into user workflows, particularly on iOS devices.
  • The engineer will own the process of integrating models from initial iterations to full-scale implementations.
  • The position offers opportunities to work with senior leadership and contribute to the future of computer vision in the product and engineering toolset.
  • Responsibilities include implementing scalable and secure solutions, collaborating with backend and frontend engineers, and delivering user-centered solutions that align with business goals.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack development, with strong expertise in mobile application development (Swift/iOS required; Kotlin/Android is a plus).
  • At least 1 year of experience with TypeScript/JavaScript for backend systems is necessary.
  • Experience with Python for model integration and deployment preparation is preferred.
  • A proven track record of successful mobile application development on iOS devices is essential.
  • Strong background in software optimization tools and concepts such as profiling, memory management, and multi-threading is required.
  • Experience collaborating with product teams to deliver robust user-focused solutions is necessary.
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate solutions clearly are essential.
  • A high-level understanding of computer vision and machine learning concepts is a plus but not required.
