Description:
- We are looking for a skilled Java Technical Lead/Full-stack Developer to create high-quality IT solutions.

Requirements:
- At least 6 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer is required.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is necessary.
- Experience with frameworks and libraries including jQuery, Bootstrap, and Spring Boot is essential.
- Familiarity with various design patterns is required.
- Knowledge of web development using JSP (JavaServer Pages) is necessary.
- Experience in database management with MySQL is required.
- Familiarity with automated testing frameworks is a nice to have.
- Experience in risk identification and mitigation planning is a nice to have.
- Knowledge of modern coding standards and best practices is a nice to have.
