The Senior Full Stack JavaScript Developer will build and implement new features to enhance the user experience on Passion.io.
The role involves continuously improving the codebase to reduce tight coupling and ensure scalable and maintainable services.
The developer will create solutions that work seamlessly across multiple platforms, including Web, iOS, and Android.

The developer will prioritize and address bugs, focusing on critical issues first.
The position requires architecting the product from high-level abstractions to detailed implementations using design patterns such as DDD, BDD, and TDD.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of JavaScript experience and be prepared to showcase their skills through a technical assessment.
A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience with React is required.
A deep understanding of backend service development in Node.js is essential.
Candidates should have a solid grasp of SQL, particularly PostgreSQL.
A passion for browser rendering behavior, performance optimization, and creating delightful user experiences is necessary.
A collaborative spirit and an empathetic, professional approach to teamwork are important.
The ability to coach and guide fellow developers, resolving challenges proactively, is required.
A love for proactive problem-solving and a drive to suggest impactful improvements to the Product roadmap is expected.
Fluent English communication skills are mandatory.
