Our client is a Singapore-based legal services firm that offers flexible, tech-driven solutions tailored to the needs of high-performing legal teams.
They provide staffing, legal operations consulting, and LegalTech solutions to help businesses manage legal challenges effectively.
As a Senior Full Stack Python Developer, you will be responsible for building a product/solution, launching it, and dealing with subsequent issues including production issues, bug fixes, and the roll-out of new features.
You will collaborate with the technical team in delivering projects.
You will have day-to-day responsibility for turning the company’s product vision into working software.
You will work closely in conjunction with the CEO, who is providing the vision.
You will be responsible for developing prototypes and driving the implementation via iterative development cycles of the tech roadmap in conjunction with the CEO and senior leadership team.
You will identify solutions and make recommendations regarding solution architecture, software development tools and approaches, and programming languages and frameworks.
You will manage and work closely alongside partners, including a digital marketing agency and third-party front-end developers as appropriate or necessary.
You will help to identify and evaluate complementary resources to accelerate development, including third parties, freelancers, and future employees.

Requirements:

You must have at least 5 years of Python and Django development experience.
You should have experience in frontend development using JavaScript frameworks such as React (preferred), Angular, or Vue.
A good working knowledge of database technologies, including PostgreSQL, is required.
You must have demonstrated hands-on experience with production concerns, including security, privacy, cloud, and integration.
You should have a demonstrated experience of starting with an idea, building a product/solution, launching it, and dealing with subsequent issues including production issues, bug fixes, and the roll-out of new features.
Excellent communication skills in English are necessary to understand requirements clearly and effectively collaborate with foreign counterparts.
You must be self-sufficient with the ability to work independently.
You should be comfortable working with a multinational team.
Experience with at least one compiled language (C, C++, Swift, Go, etc.) is advantageous.
Experience working in a startup company is also a nice to have.
