Description:

• Harley Therapy, a well-known psychological therapy provider in London, is seeking a senior Full Stack Ruby and JavaScript Developer with at least 8 years of experience.
• The developer will work remotely on two Rails apps with Postgres databases, using Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• The role involves building new features from spec to deployment, focusing on good UX and UI design.
• Communication is mainly asynchronous via Slack, tickets, and pull requests, with a small and flexible team that values trust and autonomy.

Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience as a full-stack developer with strong skills in Ruby, Rails, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the entire stack from server to client.
• Knowledge of web platform technologies like custom elements, web components, and CSS nesting.
• Passion for development, open-source software, and a proactive, open-minded approach to problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to contribute expertise, opinions, and ideas to the team.
