LawnStarter is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Developer to help build the future of home services technology.
The role is a contract position that allows for remote work and flexible hours.

The tech stack includes React, React Native, TypeScript for the frontend, and PHP (Laravel), Node.js for the backend, along with AWS, Kubernetes, and various databases.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience building full-stack web applications.
Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript (React, TypeScript) and familiarity with PHP or similar backend frameworks is required.
A deep understanding of web technologies, including HTTP, MVC patterns, REST, and XSS, is essential.
Comfort with CSS architecture, design systems, and responsive layouts is necessary.
Solid database skills, including SQL and experience with cloud and non-relational databases, are required.
Strong computer science fundamentals, including knowledge of Big O, pointers, and data structures, are important.
A passion for clean code, testing, and continuous improvement is expected.
Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for this role.
