Ditto is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join their growing engineering team.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge software solutions that drive the business forward.
The engineer will work across the entire technology stack, focusing on either Rust or Golang for backend development and React for the frontend.
Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, brainstorming solutions, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
The engineer will contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from ideation and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
Writing clean, well-documented, and testable code is essential.
Participation in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other engineers is expected.
Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry best practices is crucial.
Mentoring junior engineers and sharing expertise is part of the role.
Troubleshooting and debugging production issues will be required.
The engineer will contribute to the improvement of development processes and tools.
The position includes being Tier 2 on-call for services owned by the team.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
Strong proficiency in either Rust or Golang is required, with experience building backend HTTP-based SaaS products.
Experience with React and TypeScript is necessary.
A solid understanding of relational databases, such as PostgreSQL or MySQL, is essential.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
A passion for building high-quality software and solving challenging problems is important.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Experience writing GraphQL APIs is necessary.
