Description:

Atrato is a fintech startup focused on providing financial tools for businesses and end consumers in Latin America.
The company has two main products: Atrato Pago, which allows affiliated merchants to offer products and services in monthly or biweekly payments for up to 24 months, and Atrato Cash, a personal credit that customers can access after paying part of their first loan.
As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will lead, design, develop, and maintain software solutions that meet user needs.
You will collaborate closely with the Product Team to understand requirements and design scalable solutions.
Responsibilities include designing and developing web applications and features, building and maintaining RESTful APIs using Node.js with TypeScript, and developing back-end systems using MySQL databases.
You will also collaborate with UX designers to implement responsive and intuitive user interfaces and implement features used by thousands of users and operation teams.
The role involves implementing automated testing to ensure quality and scalability and improving technical implementations and best practices within the team.

Requirements:

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in Full Stack Software development is necessary.
Proven experience in leading high-impact projects and teams is essential.
Strong experience with web application stacks such as MySQL, Express, React, and Node.js is required.
Experience with front-end development frameworks, particularly React with TypeScript, is necessary.
Experience in building and maintaining RESTful APIs using Node.js with TypeScript is required.
A strong understanding of database technologies and ORMs such as MySQL and TypeORM is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is necessary.
