Remote Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

Description:

• The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing technology solutions for Convene's Meetings and Workplace product offerings.
• The role involves working on React apps powered by node.js-based microservices.
• The engineer will collaborate with a team of system administrators, developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-value solutions.
• Reporting directly to the Director of Engineering, the engineer will lead the technical creation and evolution of customer-facing products, write robust code, and build microservices on cloud services like AWS.
• Redesigning legacy services to meet changing business needs and collaborating with various team members to ensure efficient product delivery are key responsibilities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience using JavaScript, Node.js, React, and frameworks like Express.js, ViteJs, and ChakraUI.
• Proficiency in creating microservices and working with Kubernetes is beneficial.
• Prior experience in an agile environment and collaborating in cross-functional engineering teams is required.
• Ability to conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
