Remote Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer

Description:

• As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer at iKhokha, you will lead the development of the central dashboard, a crucial tool for merchants to manage and grow their businesses through innovative technological solutions.
• You will work on building new technologies, maintaining existing systems, and testing various FinTech solutions in an Agile environment within a collaborative cross-functional team.
• Your responsibilities will include developing internal business tools using React.js, HTML5, and CSS, from initial planning to deployment on cloud hosting.
• You will ensure code quality through adherence to Engineering Principles, creating unit tests, and maintaining clean code standards.
• Additionally, you will provide mentorship to other engineers, communicate effectively with the team and stakeholders, and share knowledge through sessions.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments using Scrum or Kanban, version control systems like GitHub, multiple development environments, technical leadership, documentation creation, code reviews, and architectural design.
• Proficiency in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Node.js, Rest API Integration, CMS API Integration, Telemetry Integration, Unit Testing frameworks, AWS services, Microservices, Design Patterns, Object-Oriented Programming, Linux, and IDEs like VSCode or IntelliJ.
• Willingness to mentor and guide developers at different levels.
