Addition Wealth is seeking Senior Full Stack Software Engineers to contribute to building out the product set of Addition Wealth.

The technical stack primarily consists of Typescript, hosted on AWS, with major frameworks including Nestjs and Nextjs, and data stores in Postgres.
Senior candidates are expected to have strong technical, problem-solving, organizational, systems design, project management, and mentorship skills.

Requirements:

Deep experience in building, deploying, monitoring, and scaling modern serverless or container-based systems.
Ability to move quickly, prioritize launching and gathering early data over absolute perfection, and make tradeoffs for risk and long-term maintainability.
Strong product sense to suggest creative solutions for delivering the best overall product to customers under resource and time constraints.
Autonomy in choosing work tasks and maximizing impact.
