The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will build and scale Synthflow’s core platform.
Responsibilities include building and maintaining the full-stack architecture using React/Next.js and Node.js to deliver a robust, scalable, and high-performance platform.
The role involves implementing user-facing features and backend services that support the evolving product.
Collaboration with designers, product managers, and other engineers is essential to deliver high-quality, user-friendly solutions.
The engineer will optimize SQL queries and database interactions to ensure efficiency across the application stack.
Experience in automated testing and CI/CD pipelines is required to drive quality and streamline deployment.

Requirements:

A minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Engineer with a strong focus on JavaScript/TypeScript is required.
Extensive experience with React, Node.js, TypeScript, CSS, and Next.js is necessary.
Strong proficiency in SQL and optimizing complex queries is essential.
Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP or AWS is required.
Familiarity with DevOps and containerization tools like Docker is necessary.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a track record of effective collaboration in cross-functional teams.
The candidate should contribute to a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing, participating in code reviews and pair programming.
Experience with Redis and relational databases for caching and data handling is a plus.
Experience with AI Tooling and Frameworks like Langchain or OpenAI SDK is preferred.
Early-stage startup experience is a big plus, as adaptability and innovative problem-solving are valued.
