The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will design and deliver end-to-end solutions to enhance efficiency for small businesses.
Responsibilities include developing, optimizing, and scaling production applications, prototyping new ideas, collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring team members, architecting robust solutions, and driving continuous improvement.
The role is remote-first, based in the UK and Northern Ireland, with a salary range of £75,000 – £95,000 depending on experience.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6-9 years of software engineering experience or equivalent professional experience.
Proven expertise in Ruby/Rails, Typescript/Javascript, React Native/Web, AWS, CI/CD, and distributed application architecture is essential.
Experience in a high-growth environment, preferably within fast-paced startups or scaling companies, is required.
The ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams is necessary.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
A background in technology startups with a track record of delivering scalable, mission-critical production applications is essential.
Desirable qualifications include experience in later-stage startup environments (Series D - E) and familiarity with technologies such as Federated GraphQL, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, Netsuite, and Vue.
