Description:

• The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will be responsible for collaborating with other engineers and product managers to optimize customer provider networks in the healthcare industry.
• The role involves making impactful decisions on the development of high-quality, maintainable software using Python, Django, and React.
• The selected candidate will work closely with the data science team to curate detailed and accurate datasets of doctors and their affiliations.
• This position reports directly to the Head of Engineering and will significantly influence the software development and architectural decisions to deliver innovative, data-centric products to clients.

Requirements:

• Significant experience in Python, Django, and React is required for this role.
• The ideal candidate should have experience working in cross-functional teams and value automated testing and robust testing practices.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field is strongly preferred.
• Comfort with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and engineering practices (e.g., CI/CD, test-driven development, pair programming) is necessary.
• Ability to approach problems thoughtfully, emphasizing simplicity in solutions and clarity in technical decision-making and trade-offs is a key requirement.
