Remote Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer position is located in Guatemala and is a full-time remote role at 3PILLAR GLOBAL.

Responsibilities include facilitating effective communication with client project stakeholders, crafting high-quality client code, participating in planning and estimation efforts, gathering requirements, executing complex activities, promoting client success through collaboration, engaging in agile software development, mentoring others, and independently driving project delivery.

Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Java 11+, Gradle, MySQL, GitHub, Swagger, and possess excellent debugging skills with SQL and PL/SQL.
Proficiency in the Spring Framework for RESTful Services, including Spring Boot and Spring Security, is required.
Experience with Java Testing Frameworks such as JUNIT (Mokito, Jupiter) and JavaScript (React.js) with State Management (Redux) is necessary.
Candidates should have experience in Agile software development methodologies and a strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles.
The ability to create and implement well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems is essential.
Candidates should demonstrate initiative in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers and have a good understanding of SOLID principles.
Proficiency in the English language is required.
Additional desired experience includes Active Directory for Azure and Flyway.
