Remote Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - SQL Console

Description:

• The company behind ClickHouse, a high-performance columnar OLAP database management system, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for the SQL Console team.
• The team is responsible for developing the platform's user interface that interacts with the ClickHouse database, focusing on delivering the best database interaction experience.
• The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining front-end applications using React, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Building and optimizing back-end services and databases using ClickHouse DB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identifying and correcting bottlenecks, fixing bugs, maintaining code quality, organization, and automation.
• Working with visualization tools to enhance the user experience of dashboards, participating in code reviews, and contributing to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Strong proficiency in Typescript, Node.js, and React.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON.
• Experience with data visualization tools and libraries.
• Understanding of fundamental design principles for scalable applications.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
