Jobgether is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer - Tech Lead for a fully remote position in Canada or the U.S.
The role involves leading a small team of engineers and taking charge of a fast-scaling SaaS product.
Responsibilities include shaping system architecture, improving code quality, and driving project execution from planning to deployment.
The candidate will work closely with Product and Design teams to balance technical innovation with customer value.
The position requires mentoring engineers and championing best practices within the team.
Key accountabilities include leading architectural and design decisions, guiding engineers on technical tasks, and acting as the primary technical liaison for cross-functional collaboration.
The candidate will contribute hands-on across the stack, ensuring high-quality, performant code and setting technical standards.
Responsibilities also include owning the implementation of new services and features, conducting detailed code reviews, and promoting engineering excellence.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of professional experience in building and scaling full-stack applications.
Deep experience with modern technology stacks is required, ideally including Python, Django, React, Redux, SQL, and Docker.
Familiarity with GraphQL/Apollo and experience with Rust is considered a strong plus.
Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor team members is essential.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are necessary for this role.
Experience working closely with Product and Design teams in a fast-paced startup environment is required.
A passion for clean code, performance, and intuitive user experience is expected.
