Description:

  • Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer for their Marketing Engineering & Platform focus area, Website Squad in Brazil.
  • The Website Squad is responsible for the Wellhub public Website, Blog, and Landing page platforms, combining Marketing and product efforts to deliver high-quality and performant solutions.
  • The role involves developing and deploying project-level solutions with minimum supervision, writing code focused on maintenance, following best practices, and making technical decisions in code reviews.
  • Responsibilities also include understanding project requirements, identifying technical debts, debugging, owning project deliverables, and providing feedback on code and design reviews.
  • The position requires actively suggesting effective alternatives, supporting technical decisions with data, and participating in hiring new talents.

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate is a Software Engineer with a focus on web development.
  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent professional experience is required.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, Javascript, ReactJS, NextJS, Styled Components, NodeJS, GraphQL, Apollo Client, and Typescript is necessary.
  • Experience with React Testing Library, Jest, Cypress, Google Analytics, Segment, Github actions, DDD, SOLID, Cloud-based architectures (AWS/GCP), and distributed systems is essential.
  • Technical and nontechnical proficiency in English is a must.
