The company is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Web Developer to work remotely from Latin America.
The company is a Canadian SaaS founded in 2017, focusing on enhancing meetings with their top-ranked meeting management software on G2.
The software team follows an efficient 8-week build cycle, emphasizing quality and productivity without weekly sprint planning meetings.
Responsibilities include building across the entire stack using React/Typescript, Django/Python, Relay/GraphQL, and more.
The developer will work with designers, product leads, and QA analysts to create intuitive interfaces and experiences.
Collaboration with teammates, constructive code reviews, and contribution to the CI pipeline are essential.
The developer will also write technical specs, define release metrics, and experiment with new AI technologies to enhance the meeting experience.

Must have over 5 years of experience in Full-Stack development with Python (Django) and Typescript (React).
High proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
Experience in writing unit tests, regression tests, and integration tests for code.
Must be eager to bring ideas to the table and have top-to-bottom ownership of new features.
Enjoy crafting technical specs, writing extensible code, and monitoring post-release metrics.
