Mysa is seeking a highly motivated Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team either in St. John's, NL or remotely in Canada.
The role involves developing highly scalable and reliable software using a modern software stack including Node, DynamoDB, React, and React Native, running on AWS and Azure.
The developer will utilize modern AI development tools such as Windsurf and Cursor to enhance productivity and eliminate repetitive tasks.
Responsibilities include architecting and building cloud-based applications that can scale to millions of users, collaborating with a diverse team, solving complex technical challenges, mentoring others, and exploring emerging cloud technologies.

Requirements:

A degree in Computer Science or equivalent real-world experience is required, as skills are valued over formal education.
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in software development.
Demonstrable ability to use Windsurf IDE for rapid development is essential.
Mastery of serverless architecture on AWS or Azure is required.
Proficiency in React and TypeScript for building robust APIs and microservices is necessary.
Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases is required.
Familiarity with DevOps practices including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Docker is essential.
