Description:
Staycation is looking for a Senior Fullstack Developer to join their Product team.
The role involves working on developing features for user applications to enhance conversion rates and user experience.
The developer will collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Product Designer to create innovative solutions.
Responsibilities include working on four platforms: the website, mobile app, back office, and extranet, all developed using React.
Key responsibilities include participating in all phases of feature development, collaborating with product and marketing teams, reviewing team PRs, planning and architecting features, and proposing codebase and technical stack improvements.
Key results within the first 3 months include contributing to key feature development and integrating into the agile development team culture.
Within the first 12 months, the developer is expected to lead impactful projects, contribute significantly to architecture evolution, and development practices.
The position is open for full-remote work in France.
Requirements:
Must have a minimum of five years of experience in backend and frontend development, with expertise in React or React Native.
Experience with Scala or willingness to learn is required.
Proficiency in SQL databases, preferably Postgresql.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills, along with a realistic and alert approach to challenges.
Quality-oriented with the ability to make decisions and compromises when necessary.
Nice to have skills include familiarity with Redux, React Hooks, SASS, Next.js, Storybook, previous experience in design system implementation, and cloud skills (Heroku, AWS, GCP, etc.).
